After my time in the military, I helped grow a technical consultancy, but wrong-fit CVs from traditional recruiters weren’t cutting it.
So, I took matters into my own hands and developed an innovative talent acquisition system that harnesses the power of ex-military talent. My system was so successful, now I use it to help others reduce hiring risk and connect with high-class talent they won’t find elsewhere.
As a service leaver, I’m committed to helping ex-military professionals progress their careers by focusing on their talents (not just their backgrounds) to match them with coveted technical roles.
